Actually, every program you compile with GNAT for NT/Win95 is a windows
program. What you probably mean is a GUI (Graphical User Interface)
program. And indeed, to do this you need to install a binding to the
Win32 API used by Win95 and NT.
As to how install the binding, follow the instructions that come with it.
I would also strongly advise reading a book on Win32 (Win95) programming.
