According to a letter I recently received when requesting the Ada FD from
DDC:
Thank you very much for taking interest in the Ada Formal Defintion
project.

As for the latter document, we are sending you only the extracts
since the document as a whole is very comprehensive. Should you,
however, like copy of the whole document, we will be very pleased
to send you one. Please note then, that we will have to charge you
approximately:
USD 510,-
for copying and mailing.
