Trying to find information to make a fifo buffer

I am trying to find on the net, and information, for making a buffer than
supports FIFO.

I developing in GNAT p12, and I have tried searching search engines for the
answer, but have failed.

Unless you want to do something Ada-specific, like use streams for the
buffer, this is really an algorithm issue, not an Ada issue.
