That doesn't discuss IDEs. There is a page

discuss IDEs, but it doesn't.
GPS comes with the GNAT GPL package, and Emacs has an Ada mode
(currently being upgraded; see
http://stephe-leake.org/emacs/ada-mode/emacs-ada-mode.html)
