A search on www.google.com with the single word Cleanroom yielded 9410
Hits of which the first was:
http://www.clearlake.ibm.com/MFG/solutions/cleanrm.html
That site appears to be at least a good starting point for learning
about Cleanroom Software Engioneering.

A similar search with the two words extreme programming yielded 50,600
hite, of which the first was:
http://www.extremeprogramming.org/
Again, that site appears to be at least a good starting point for learning
about Extreme Programming.
