Actually, we all know, even Mr. Gore knows, that his claims were
a bit inflated. However, it should be obvious to everyone that
that the word "algorithm" derives from the Vice-president's skill
on the dance floor combined with his technical acumen. The original
phrase, "Al Gore rhythm," was clearly the source for our cherished
computer argot, "algorithm."
