I got bit by this as well..It basically comes down to the fact that they
are meeting the minimum standards of the LRM. I just changed the
code so that it was more portable since it was a very small area of code.

WIth lots of LOC in play you have two choices.

Work with Green Hillsto get it included in the compiler (they have been good
for me in the past with
bugs -- not so good on features like this).


Trash compiler and contact ACT (www.gnat.com) and see if there is a port
available for
your interest.

GNAT has the most complete Ada95 support and better rep specs..
