Don't forget, you can use the application at http://www.adapower.com/books
to find the on-line vendor with the best price. I also always check
http://www.booksamillion.com since the ACSES search engine I link to doesn't
cover it and it usually does have the best price.
(This is not one of those amazon.com partner plugs. No one gets a cut when
