Vad 3.1 Video Extension

Vad 3.1 Video extension allows to work with multimedia video in QuickTime
format for MacOs and Windows NT/9x version 3.0 or above(see docs).
I work with Windows version of QuickTimeTcl 2.1 by Bruce O'Neel.
For installation need to copy directory QuickTimeTcl2.1 to Tcl\lib and
in program to write EXECUTE("package require -exact QuickTimeTcl 2.1");
You may test it by my small Movie Player in MovieSample directory.
