I am trying to understand the connection between *.DLL files, *.A files, and
*.LIB files using gnat311p. For example mmsystem.dll, libwinmm.a, and
mmsystem.lib. I am trying to get JoyGetPosEx to work, and I get unresolved
externals when I link, even though I am linking with "-lwinmm", and as far as
I know that is where GetJoyPosEx is located. Can anyone shed some light?
