GNAT says
pack4.adb:6:05: instantiation error at pack2.ads:7
pack4.adb:6:05: "Field3" conflicts with declaration at
pack3.ads:5
which seems clear enough (even if it does not send you
scurrying to the RM to answer all your questions :-)
