Lol - yeah, you just need a time machine ;-).
Seriously, these are two different programs, with only a common ancestor (TeXCAD for DOS), hence the same name and a similar purpose.
I admit it is confusing, so I put a schema below to explain the various texcad's hanging around :-) .
