For Redhat 5:
ftp://ftp.cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/gnat-3.11p-i686-pc-linux-gnu-bin.tar.gz

For Redhat 4, Slackware 3.6:
ftp://ftp.cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/gnat-3.11p-i686-pc-linux-gnulibc1-bin.tar.gz
