I am sorry but I have been unable to email a reponse to

If you wish to find out more about SpiderWEB contact the American
Mathematical Society about the TeX Users Group (TUG). They should be able
to point you to someone who can supply you with the SpiderWEB system (and 
TeX, which it needs to run).
