I am developping with GNAT 3.10p for Windows NT...
How is the function Ada.Real_Time.Clock implemented ?
Is it more (or less) accurate than the GetTickCount API or
is it "built" on it ?
If I get a duration with Ada.Real_Time.To_Duration() from a
Time_Span type value, is the 5th digit significant ?
