I posted this question some months back and received the following reply:

The last I heard this was a 16-bit Ada for os/2 1.x, but they are reportedly
upgrading it to the new 32-bit 2.x.

Alsys has an Ada compiler for OS/2 2.0. It generates 32 bit code.
It is validated. The phone number for Alsys in the U.K is
91579090.
