Hello every body out there,

I've found a weird story about Ada genesys

http://bit.csc.lsu.edu/~gb/csc4101/Reading/gigo-1997-04.html

The article is named “ I Have a Feeling We're Not In Emerald City
Anymore ”

Does any one ever read this article ? Where does it come from ?

Face the facts folks: the story is partly right. The CIA tried to make
the
Soviets believe, that Ada will be used in Military Systems. However
the US
did not consider that the KGB had a plan of their own...
they made the Americans believe that Soviet hardware would be going to
be
programmed in C. Thus the Americans thought: if rrrrussian hardwarrrre
is
going to be programmed in C, then C must be verrrrry good for systems
with
small memory.... the rest is history. ;-)

Cheers,

Marc
