I have recently received conflicting information as to the cost
of Ada compilers for IBM/AT compatibles -- the estimates differ by
more than an order of magnitude.  Are there ANY validated Ada
compilers for this class of machine in the less than $1K range?

   Meridian offers student compilers for $50 a copy;
