Sure, I scanned "Steelman" in and converted it to several formats
(including ASCII, HTML, and Postscript). You can find it at:

There are some efforts to put some of Steelman's predecessors
on the web as well (e.g. Ironman & Tinman); stay tuned.
For those who don't know, Steelman was the original requirements document
for Ada. I wrote a paper comparing Ada95, C, C++, and Java to Steelman;
that paper is available electronically at the same location.
