Uhhh, there's no need to do this. Its already there.
Excerpt from LRM 3.6.2 (15) (Note 47):
The predefined operations of an array type include ... For a one-dimensional
array type, ... if the component type is boolean, the predefined logical
operators are also included.
Try it out. It works.
