I have obtained the free evaluation ObjectAda 7.1 (WalnutCreek) but when
installed, it doesn't provide JVM target.

The first information dialog states the limitations on the JVM target in the
evaluation copy, but the limitation appears more severe than that
:-(

Any special installation options required to get the JVM target to work?
