I have invented both the mathematics (Vector Factoring) and the Vector Cryptography that I have based on this invention as a working cipher implementation that is programmed in Ada-95. I have taught myself sufficient Ada to do this a long time ago and I then used at that time a dedicated Ada Gide editor that came with the book “Ada 95 - Problem solving and Program design by Feldman/Koffman. This editor was very user friendly.

I now want to rewrite the same cipher source code of my earlier implementation in a more recent version of Ada and to this end I have bought the book by John Barnes “Programming Ada 2012”. I have also downloaded the editor/compiler “Gnat Programming Studio” so as to implement the new source code that I suspect will be needed.

I am finding the GPS a bit off-putting however in that the tutorial albeit highly articulate is also very fragmented and requires a lot of cross referencing (There is another newbie person with me also that I want to teach while learning to use GPS myself and the tutorial isn't helping).

Ideally, what I need is a book by some (any) author who uses GPS to demonstrate his worked examples in his/her book. This can be any version of Ada – it’s the coding in GPS that I want to see in particular.

Can any person put me onto such a book (must use GPS if at all possible). Any other advice would be appreciated also - I need to learn to navigate around GPS - I don't like hacking through the tutorial however - Is there another way?.

Note: In passing, I have found that the Ada language is by far the better programming language in this hugely important industry.
