I'm just learning Ada and would like to look at some actual source
code, not just the stubs they have in books.

Does anyone know where I can get some? I started searching through
the PAL but all I got was lost.

Good Ada books should have more than stubs, see for example Michael
Feldman's books.

One intersting source of well documented Ada code is the GNAT sources,
you can start with the runtime library ...

It might help to explain what sort of examples you might be
looking for. For example, if you're interested in compiler
technology, the source code for the GNAT compiler is available.
But that might be a bit deep - especially if you are just starting
    out in programming.

I'm pretty sure that Dr. Feldman's book on introductory
programming in Ada had some related source code available via
    internet.

If you're looking for some intro level examples of things like
Text_IO, etc., I've got some code I use in an "Intro to Ada for
Engineers" pitch I do which illustrates some GNAT specific
features and some basics for getting started in programming in
Ada. Drop me a note with a valid e-mail address and I can forward
it to you. (If you are using something other than GNAT, you might
have some trouble with some of the examples.)

Hmm. Using trivial examples is a common failing in textbooks which
annoys me too...
<plug alert>
in my book, I tried to avoid "toy" examples and show slightly more
realistic programs (well, up to ~1K lines anyway :-)

A few suggestions... :-)

Source code for all the examples from my book:
  http://burks.bton.ac.uk/burks/software/sources/adacraft.zip
Source code for all the examples from Mike Smith's book:
  http://burks.bton.ac.uk/burks/software/sources/mas_ada.zip
Some Ada packages, with source:

Assorted source code, including some in Ada:
  http://burks.bton.ac.uk/burks/software/sources/index.htm
Lots more Ada stuff:

Website for my book, including a few sample chapters (more plug alerts!):

Apologies for the plugs... :-)
