Hello,
Well I've got some questions about ADA that I hope someone will answer:
1-Where can I find a list of all the standard ADA
libraries(eg.Ada.text_io,...) and its functions???
2-Can I use a subprogram in a subprogram? and in a package body? If so how
do I name the file in GNAT 3.10p for windows95?

First a little detail: "Ada" is a name, not an acronym, so please write
it as you are supposed to write names.
You can find a list of all the standard libraries in the standard. :-) I
think everything is mentioned in
<URL:http://www.adahome.com/rm95/rm9x-A.html>.

There is a description of GNAT's file name rules somewhere, but the easy
solution is to call the file whatever you fell like (such as "tmp"), and
then run it through gnatchop:
gnatchop tmp
Gnatchop should create files according to the GNAT file name rules from
the content of "tmp".
Good luck,
Jacob
