I did 10 runs for gnat-gpl-2017 with -O3 and 10 runs with -O

-O3:
 4846 ms
 4825 ms
 4831 ms
 4838 ms
 4825 ms

 4814 ms

 4838 ms

-O:
 3371 ms
 3374 ms
 3368 ms
 3373 ms
 3370 ms
 3364 ms
 3366 ms
 3375 ms
 3370 ms
 3364 ms

As you can see the results are VERY stable
