I need to look through the vk.xml and the readme.pdf properly, I've only
skimmed it. If it's similar enough to to the GL XML file I'll extend my GL
binding generator to do it.

I've actually not finished the GL binding generator yet 😖

Otherwise I'll likely think about extending their scripts as it would be
nice to try to get the Ada stuff folded back into the original source and
add documentation as well.

Because it's nicer to use a thick binding over thin ones.
