Try this program in your compiler. I offer this program as conclusive
evidence that Ted Holden in his diatribes has a point about the silly
semantics of MIL-STD-1815A-1983:

    procedure MAIN is
	A: array(1..2, 1..3) of INTEGER;
    begin
	A := ((2,2),(3,3,3), (4,4,4,4));
    end MAIN;
