you dont - at least not if you can convince your compiler vendor
to accept extended chars in comments. according to AI-339 its perfectly
legal Ada83 (though may not be portable) no need to wait for 9X,
it really cant be hard for them to implement - they probably just need
customers to let them know its important.
maybe in 9X all compilers will _have_ to allow this ?
