http://www.gnu.org/links/links.html#FreeSoftwareDocumentation claims that
Postscript versions of the GNU manuals are available at:
ftp://phi.sinica.edu.tw/pub/aspac/gnu/
I was unable to verify if the GDB manual was there, because the site did not
respond when I tried.
