Does anyone have code for Alsys 5.1 (protected mode compiler)
to run non-protected mode interrupts that pass an address
in the ES:DI register pair. VECTORA.OBJ provided by Alsys
does not permit passing non-protected-mode addresses into
the ES:DI register pair. This is needed for such BIOS
calls as the VESA BIOS call 4f that gives the superVGA
status register information, in order to use dot modes
above 800x600.
