Our client company provides recognized leadership in weather
data, Earth and space observations, global positioning and
commercial and military communications satellite products. We
are looking for talented software test engineers to staff
exciting programs such as IRIDIUM, Milstar, Commercial Remote
Sensing System (CRSS) and the A2100 comsats.
WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR REAL-TIME SOFTWARE TEST
ENGINEERS. EXCELLENT SALARY AND BENEFITS!
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Requires a BS/MS in Computer Science or
related field plus 3-8 years experience in software
development/test. Performance of this job requires access to
DoD and ITAR information. Applicants must meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified material.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Knowledge of software engineering processes
and structured formal software testing practices are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
as work duties include the generation and maintenance of
contract-deliverable documents. Familiarily with UNIX, C, Ada
and software configuration management systems is highly
desirable. Experience with the definition and execution of
test cases, test schedule management, software process
compliance, walk-throughs and audits of code, generating
software documentation, and writing software test reports is
required.
