	due to prevalence of
		computer aided design

		simulation
	...

	regarding vehicles ...
	such as
		automotive
	and
		aviation
	...
	fundamental operability
	now frequently depends on
		programming ...

	certainly at least some programming
	may,  with reason,  be viewed as
		engineering
	!
