Gnat is Free Software. check ftp://cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/ to see if it
is available for your target.

Also note that GNAT may or may not be pre-built for your specific target.
If GNAT is not available at cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat it may still be possible to
build from sources available at cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat or from gcc.gnu.org.

A very old GNAT version 3.12p is available in
ftp://cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/private/old/openvms/
A.C.T. never provided newer public versions. If you need it for
personal use DEC^H^H^HCompaq^H^H^H^H^H^HHewlet-Packard may be willing
to provide GNAT as part of the VMS hobbyist license program (see
http://www.openvmshobbyist.com/hobbyist_faq/index.html).
