My stock response, as SIGAda's Performance Issues Working Group (PIWG) chair
and staff member of a for-profit organization:

There does not seem to be any publicly available comparison information
for performance of Ada95 implementations. The PIWG test suite is obsolete
containing NO Ada 95 - specific tests, and the PIWG has gone on record as
supporting the Ada Compiler Evaluation System (ACES). The ACES, which was
upgraded to contain SOME Ada 95 - specific tests by a team under my direction,
is an extensive suite of performance benchmarks, usability assessors, and
statistical analysis and reporting programs. It is available on the Ada
Information Clearinghouse server (sw-eng.falls-church.va.us) via anonymous
FTP sw-eng.falls-church.va.us, directory public/AdaIC/compilers/aces
or (better)
World-Wide Web http://www.sw-eng.falls-church.va.us/AdaIC/compilers/aces

COMMERCIAL:

My organization (at CTA INCORPORATED) would be pleased to make commercial
arrangments to perform testing, analysis, and reporting of Ada 95
implementations, using the ACES. We have intimate knowledge of the system
and experience using it with various implementations, including assisting
the prime contractor on a major U.S. Department of Defense acquisition.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.
ACES and other performance questions may be sent to a larger mail list:
