Setting ADA_INCLUDE_PATH and ADA_OBJECTS_PATH is not necessary. What you need is to set ADA_PROJECT_PATH (or GPR_PROJECT_PATH):
In CMD console do:
set ADA_PROJECT_PATH=C:\ASIS-GPL\share\gpr
before running make.exe
