Please note that opportunities for confusion work both ways.
You have a good chuckle when you see such web pages, but think what
happens the other way round, when those people search for some healthy
lifestyle suggestions and accidentally hit Ada Gems or a web page with
a military aircraft in the middle of the screen - they must be scared
like hell, I guess. ;-)
