I am looking for ADA Specification files for VAX/VMS system calls
run-time library and utilities:
1. system: SYS$, RMS$
2. run-time: LIB$, MTH$, OTS$, STR$, etc...
3. utilities: SOR$, TPU$, EDT$, LBR$, etc...
4. structures: RAB$, FAB$, DSC$, etc...
Can anyone tell me where I can find these? (or better yet, send them
to me)
I have an old ASR tape in which there is a directory called DECADA
what happened to it?

Have you already consulted package "Starlet"?
