"Software Engineering With Ada", second edition, by Grady Booch
is a classic text. It has elaborate examples and as the title
suggests, concentrates on application of Booch's object oriented
style of programming to software engineering. It is intended
as an introductory text, and I recommend it along with the Ada
Language Reference Manual.
