An addition to my previous posting about the McCabe tool from the
Simtel20 repository: I am also unable to find a package called
Case_Insensitive_String_Comparison which is WITHed by the body
of Statements_Pkg. Any help locating this and the other missing
packages would be greatly appreciated.
