I need information about the software architecture of the GNAT Compiler.
Where can I get that information?

For a high level view, see proceedings of last two Tri-Ada conferences.
For a detailed view, see sources, available at cs.nyu.edu. A good place
to start is the specs of packages sinfo and einfo, which define the
structure of the abstract syntax tree.
