Just one comment or question, maybe:

When you say LOC, which software is counted?

Pieces of software that are being integrated may be of
an unknown number of LOC.

Some libraries come with a system and their LOC
just does not matter; its integration does.

Some software is never touched by any one member
of all teams involved. Do its LOC count?

Some pieces of code will appear explicitly in
an "integration setup", others won't.
