The first european Ada95-standard has been published in Germany today.
My intention as the author of the German Foreword was to publish these
four pages alone and to simply refer to the original ISO 8652 LRM in
english language but the Beuth-Verlag decided to reprint the entire
Language Reference Manual (without the "Rationale"!).
