Many web pages (including mine :-) refer to C2Ada, in various locations, but all the links I found are broken.
Does anybody know where C2Ada can be found nowadays?

This looks like another C2ada. It says "copyright Irvine", the one I was thinking of was the one from Intermetrics.

A rather old linux source RPM is at
http://www.gnuada.org/linux/rpms/common/SRPMS/c2ada-0.3-1.src.rpm

It contains an original source from www.inmet.com/~mg/c2ada.
