I am using "Ada as a second language" - Second Edition (special for Ada 95)

The author is ? Cohen and the editor is Mc Graw Hill (I am not sure of this
since I do not have it right now)

The first chapters provide an good overview of the features of Ada 95, and
the others are the most complete and precise I have seen (I am not an expert
anyway, but I looked at a set of books before buying this one).

It is a bit dense but if you read it carefully, you can always get all the
information you need (my opinion, once again)

Moreover, it is the one that deals with distributed objects in the most precise
way, to my mind.

Hope this helps.
