Integrated Computer Solutions (ICS) offers our Builder Xcessory (BX) Motif
GUI builder with an option to generate Ada code (BX/Ada). The generated
code works with SERC's Ada/Motif bindings and the SunAda and Rational Apex
compilers. BX reads and writes UIL, and can, as you mention you are looking
for, read in a UIL file and generate the corresponding Ada code.

Try to find an example called MotifBurger. This is a UIL example provided
with the OSF Motif distribution.
The AXI binding from ATC includes an Ada equivalent of this example.
