    Hello !

I'm a french high school student, and I'm coding
a graphical interface on UNIX. I was first told to
use the Tcl ToolKit, but it has some limitations.

My interface must be portable, it must also
run on various platforms at the same time (the
project uses a superset of PVM (parallel virtual
machine). It's code should be re-entrant because
it uses threads (lighweight processes), but it's
not absolutely needed.

If someone could tell me if he know which
language/tool to use, or at least to tell
me what are the pluses for me if I use Java
instead of TclTk, for example.

	Thanks,

Are you aware that Tkpvm <URL:http://www.nici.kun.nl/tkpvm/welcome.html>
already exists?

I've narrowed follow-ups.
