Has anyone successfully ran DINERS.ADB (DOS gnat 3.04)?

Has anyone successfully ran DINERS.ADB (DOS gnat 3.04)?

I compiled diners.adb with gnatmake but this is all that I see 
once I try running it:

Unfortunately, I don't know what to do with the above information.
I tried looking through all the docs that came with gnat but have
yet to find any solution.

I just tried it on my 486/66; ran fine. When I saw this note, I figured
I oughta try it under 3.04, since I wrote that example.:-)

I wish I had an answer for you... maybe someone else has run into the
problem too.
