Your best bet is to contact Advanced Technology Center:

You can also contact Rational Software directly, but last I heard, they
provide exactly the same product from exactly the same vendor.
Finally, if you feel adventurous and you don't need or want product support,
there are several Ada bindings to X and Motif in the public domain that
you could probably recompile and use under APEX.
