This is the entry point to a set of HTML pages.

Tuck, for those of us who still prefer curling up in a comfortable chair
with a paper copy to clicking and scrolling, it would be nice to be able
to get the .ps version without downloading the whole AppletMagic release.
Any chance of making the .ps version directly available on the web
(perhaps by a link from the HTML version of the paper)?

A paper on the mapping of Ada 95 to Java byte codes is now
available on the web:

   http://www.inmet.com/~stt/adajava_paper/

Postscript and TeX versions of this are also included in the
"zip" archive containing the beta release of AppletMagic(tm),
our Ada 95 => Java byte code compiler. For info on that see:

Tucker did a tremendous presentation of this paper at a DC SIGAda
meeting a couple of months ago. He had given me a draft of it earlier,
and I fully expected to be sound asleep within minutes of the start of
his talk. The paper is erudite in the extreme, and very precise in its
wording and terminology. I realize now that this is ideal for its
intended Ada Europe audience. His SIGAda presentation was
entertaining and completely understandable, even for someone
like me who is pretty much the opposite of a "language lawyer."

The Postscript and LaTeX versions are now available as:

   http://www.inmet.com/~stt/adajava.ps

 and

   http://www.inmet.com/~stt/adajava.tex

respectively. Links to these now appear in the abstract in the HTML
version also.
