Nope, the second part is easy - in that it's author will usually waste bandwidth
quoting the said first party, so the implementation that solves the first
problem will usually dispose of all follow-ups...
What we really need is a kill file agent that reads all posts and only
presents those of interest to us... Now *that* would be hard... :)
